1. 与西门子服务顾问团队和技术专家合作，建立PLM/MOM等行业系统的最佳实践；开发量身定制的解决方案；与客户紧密合作，成功交付西门子解决方案并为客户提供价值。
2. 了解客户的项目背景，对所分配的工作进行任务分解，为项目时间/范围估算，工作包分解以及项目成功实施所需技能的定义提供支持。
3. 与高级顾问和架构师合作，提供解决方案，在不同领域（PLM/MOM/CLM/CLQ）使之与客户的业务保持一致。
4. 将客户需求和解决方案转换为产品配置手册和二次开发规格。
5. 通常在客户现场执行技术任务，包括系统安装，故障排除以及为解决方案的定义，系统的配置和部署提供指南。
我需要什么才能胜任这份工作？
1. 本科及以上学位，计算机科学与技术、电子信息专业、机械工程、工业工程、车辆工程、航空工程、航天工程、船舶与海洋工程相关专业
2. 有较强的编程能力（C/C++,Java,C#,SQL,JavaScript,HTML,VUE,Angular等）者优先

Position: Software Associate

What are my
responsibilities?
As an Associate Consultant you will
act as part of a Siemens Professional Services team, work productively with implementation
Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and other internal & external
interfaces to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives
You’ll receive exceptional training
as well as frequent coaching and mentoring form your team. This support
includes Siemens industry software product training, additionally, a mentor
will be assigned to you to help guide you career as well as formal training,
helping you to develop your skills and build your network.
1.
Work with Siemens service consultant team and
technical expertise to build best practices of PLM/MOM or other industry
systems, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients for
the Siemens solution to be delivered successfully and provide value to the
customer.
2.
Understand the context of customer project, the work
breakdown for the assigned work stream, provide support for estimation of time
frames, work package breakdown, capability definitions required to successfully
implement the project
3.
Work with senior consultant and architects, provide
routine guidance for solution definition and aligning customer processes to Siemens
solutions of different domain (PLM/MOM/CLM/CLQ).
4.
Translate client requirements, business solutions
into product implementation configurations and customization specifications.
5.
Usually works at customer’s site performing
technical tasks including installation and troubleshooting, as well as provide
guidance on solution definition, configuration, and deployment of specific solutions.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1.
Bachelor or above degree, major in electronic technology,
computer science and technology, mechanical engineering, industrial
engineering, vehicle engineering, aviation engineering, aerospace engineering
and ship and ocean engineering
2.
Strong programming capabilities (C/C++, Java, C#,
SQL, JavaScript, HTML, VUE, Angular, etc.) is preferred
3.
Strong motivation to learn through practice and
training
4.
Positive attitude, result-oriented, attention to
detail
5.
Able to travel frequently
