Cochlear Medical Device (Chengdu) Co., Limited is awholly-owned subsidiary of Cochlear Co., Ltd. in China. It was established in Tianfu New Area, Chengdu, Sichuan Province in September 2017. As Cochlear's only manufacturing site in China, it mainly produces cochlear implants and sound processors, providing professional assistance to the hearing impaired in China and other markets.

澳科利耳医疗器械(成都)有限公司是科利耳有限公司在中国成立的全资子公司,于20179月在四川省成都市天府新区成立。做为Cochlear在中国唯一的制造中心,主要生产人工耳蜗植入设备和声音处理器,为中国及其他市场的听力损失人士提供专业帮助。

 

In order to help Cochlear bring products to market that help people with hearing loss, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Support Engineer to support the new manufacturing site in Chengdu China. To be successful in this role you'll should be

1.Bachelor or above in process Engineering, Mechanical, microelectronics, Biomedical or Automatic.

2. Located in Chengdu in a long term

3.Without supplementary examination record or rebuild course record

4.Fluent Mandarin, With English skill in writing and reading. English level test CET4score≥425

5.Quick learner and willing to learn

6.Good at communications

为了将产品推向市场来帮助有听力损失的人群,我们正在为成都工厂招聘一名【工艺工程师】。如要在该岗位上获得成功,您需要具备:

1. 本科学历及以上。工艺工程、机械、微电子、半导体、生物医学或自动化相关专业毕业。

2. 长期稳定的在成都发展

3. 大学期间无补考或重修记录。

4. 普通话流利,具备英语读、写能力。CET4得分必须大于425分。

5. 优秀的学习能力。

6. 良好的沟通能力。

 

This role will be based in Chengdu, China. In this role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Cochlear's successful history by applying your knowledge and experiences.

Key Accountabilities 主要职责

Accountability 1:Production support

职责 1:生产支持

Ÿ   Provide support to production in accordance with Cochlear Manufacturing System (CMS) Key Engineering Activities module.根据科利耳制造体系 (CMS)关键工程活动模块为生产提供支持。

Ÿ   Provide escalation point for Production Shift Managers and/or M&C Technicians for yield, quality, capacity, and equipment issues. 在生产当班经理和/ M&C 技术员需就产量、质量、产能和设备问题进行上报时,作为上报人接收人。

Ÿ   Perform daily engineering evaluation of parts.对部件进行日常工程评估。

Ÿ   Provide fast response resolution to day to day specific production problems raised during the fast response meetings.针对快速响应会议上提出的日常生产具体问题,提供快速响应解决方案。

Ÿ   Spend time on the production line learning issues and difficulties the team members are experiencing.花时间深入生产线,了解团队成员当前工作中存在的问题和遇到的困难。

Ÿ   Formulate change ideas and solutions to address waste issues. 形成变革思路,制定解决方案,处理相关事宜。

Ÿ   Analyze production rejects as required to reclaim where possible,identify, and rectify root causes of rejects.根据需要对生产中的不合格品进行分析,在可能的情况下进行回收,找出导致产生不合格品的根本原因并加以纠正

Ÿ   Ensure NCR’s, Concessions and Change Notes are processed in a timelymanner.确保 NCR、让步和变更记录得到及时处理。

Ÿ   Assist the M&C group where necessary to ensure timely repair andcalibration of equipment必要时协助 M&C 工作组,确保设备得到及时维修和校准

Ÿ   Work with production team to ensure WI’s result in manufacture ofcompliant product与生产团队合作,确保按作业指导书工作能够制造出符合要求的产品

Ÿ   Closely collaborate with production support team in CLTD.密切协作配合 CLTD 生产支持团队开展工作。

Ÿ   Provide training to team member during the manufacture line ramp up. 在制造线产能爬坡期间为团队成员提供培训。

Ÿ   Take responsibility on translation work when QMS and DMRs upgrade.  QMS  DMR升级期间负责翻译工作。

Ÿ   Take responsibility on V&V planning and execution. 负责 V&V 计划的制定和执行。

Ÿ   Take responsibility on NPI and change management related work. 负责 NPI 和变更管理相关工作。

Ÿ   Performance the M&C task/equipment trouble shouting when necessary. 必要时执行 M&C 任务/设备故障排除。

Ÿ   Backup as other manufacturing engineering when there has resource constrain or skill overlap considering.当考虑到存在资源受限或技能重叠的情况时,增援其它制造工程团队。

Ÿ   Manufacture material and chemical local sourcing program supporting. 为制造材料和化学品当地采购计划的制定和实施提供支持。

Ÿ   Provide the support during the new produce registration and typing test from engineering side. 在新产品注册和开展定型试验期间,提供工程方面的支持。

 

 

Accountability 2:Project Work

职责 2:项目工作

Ÿ   Execute projects to maximise production efficiencies on existing production processes to include the selection of appropriate equipment. 执行项目以最大限度地提高现有生产流程的生产效率,包括选择适用的设备。

Ÿ   Execute project to review and improve production “indirect” processes.Such as paperwork, bar-coding etc. 执行项目以评审和改进生产间接流程,如文书工作、条形码相关工作等。

 

Accountability 3:Point of contact for other departments

职责 3:作为面向其它部门的对接人

Ÿ   Assist the maintenance and calibration group where necessary to ensure timely repair and calibration of equipment. 必要时协助维护和校准工作组,确保设备得到及时维修和校准。

Ÿ   Liaise with other appropriate support groups (e.g. CLTD, R&D,Procurement) to resolve issues e.g. manufacturability. 联络相应的其它支持工作组(如 CLTDR&D、采购),以解决诸如制造可行性等问题。

Ÿ   Monitor progress of improvement plans and provide feedback to interested parties. 监测改进计划的实施进度,并向相关方提供反馈。

 

Accountability 4:Compliance to regulations

职责 4:确保合法合规

Ÿ   Work with production team to ensure work instructions result in the manufacture of compliant product. 与生产团队合作,确保按作业指导书工作能够制造出符合要求的产品。

Ÿ   Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is followed. 确保遵循质量管理规范 (GMP) 开展工作。

Ÿ   Ensure all documentation is to quality system. 确保所有文件都符合质量体系的要求。

 

Accountability 5:Cochlear Manufacturing System (CMS)

职责 5:科利耳生产体系 (CMS)

Ÿ   Ensure effective use of CMS standards, policies, and processes. 确保有效运用 CMS 标准、方针和流程。

Ÿ   Implement continuous monitoring and calibration reviews to ensure CMS sustainability. 实施持续监测和校准工作评审,以确保 CMS 的可持续性
